The objective of these lessons are to create body awareness of the three body surfaces that we have. Front surface, Back surface and Side surfaces. Begining with one surface at a time, and a
description of the characteristics of each surface, (IE: Front surface; Face, chest, stomach, knees, toes) allow the class to travel in each direction, practicing at least three ways to travel in each. allow the students to use all the directions, with some choice in the way they travel or the direction they use.
